1. You own your clip. We get a licence, not the copyrightThe licence is non-exclusive. You keep posting the clip on your own channels, keep it up, and stay free to license it to anyone else. Nothing here stops you using your own work.
2. Where we may run it: organic social, paid ads, our website, our emailPaid ads are named on purpose. Permission to repost a clip organically does not include putting money behind it, so we ask for that separately and in plain words rather than reading it into a general permission.
3. Worldwide, while you are active and for 12 months afterNot perpetual. If you leave the programme we may keep running clips already in use for another twelve months, then the licence ends. We also stop earlier if you ask us to take one down.
4. We may edit: crop, trim, caption, add our branding, and replace the audioAn ad is a different shape from a post — vertical crops, a shorter cut, burnt-in captions for sound-off viewing. Replacing the audio is the one that matters most, and the sound clause below explains why.
5. We sublicence to the ad platformsMeta, TikTok and Google each require the advertiser to grant them a licence before they will serve a video. Without that sublicence the ad cannot run at all, so it is part of the same permission rather than a separate favour.
6. Your face in a paid ad is a separate yesUsing your likeness in advertising is a different right from the copyright in the video, so it is a separate, optional tick on the application, and you can withdraw it at any time. Hard rule with no exception: no identifiable person under 18 may appear in a clip you submit.
7. Do not use trending soundsA trending track is licensed to you for organic posting only, so it is not a right you can pass on to us, and running it as a paid ad is how advertising accounts get struck. Use your own audio or the room. If a clip arrives with a commercial track we will replace the audio, or not run it.
8. Your own orders and returned orders do not earnCommission is for orders you bring in, so buying through your own link is not one. If an order is refunded or cancelled before its return window closes, no commission becomes payable on it — that order simply never clears. We do not take anything back off a later payment, because we do not pay it out until the window has closed and it cannot be reversed.
9. Either of us can end it, and placed orders still payYou can leave whenever you like and we can close an account whenever we like, with no notice required on either side. Commission on orders placed before that point is still paid once it clears, on the same terms as any other — leaving does not forfeit it.
10. Takedown works both waysWe can pull any clip from our channels at any time. You can ask us to stop using yours, and we will — live ads take a few days to wind down, and impressions already served cannot be recalled.
11. Your tax is yoursYou are not an employee or a contractor of the business, and nothing is withheld. Income tax, GST and any local equivalent are yours to declare. We may need tax details from you before a first payment.
12. What a clip may showNothing unsafe: no unsupervised pet with a chewable, no restraint or handling that would worry a vet, no dog on a lead in a moving car. No health or medical claims, and never "vet recommended" or "vet approved" — we have no vet endorsement, so saying it is a false claim about the product, not a compliment.

The content licence and the likeness consent above are confirmed in the signed agreement before your first paid clip. Nothing on this page is that agreement.
