Custom prints are final sale. Check your words or photo before you add them: they print as the preview shows. Faults and printing errors are replaced — see returns. If we can’t print your photo well, we refund you in full.
Printed after you order, then shipped. Printify’s production time is typically 2–4 business days before your piece ships, so it arrives later than stocked items.
How print-on-demand works here
The honest version
- Your words or your pet’s photo. Two lines of up to 18 characters, or a PNG or JPEG up to 10 MB that a person checks before it’s printed.
- Nothing sits in a warehouse. Each piece is made after you order it, which is why it takes a few days longer.
- Printed to order, then shipped. Printify’s production time is typically 2–4 business days, then it ships. Order early if it travels with other items.
- Custom prints are final sale. If we can’t print your photo well, we email you and refund in full. Faults and printing errors are replaced, and everything else keeps the normal return window.
