Because bandanas are what this shelf is for, and the first ones are not here yet. Until they are, it holds the neckwear we do have: a light-up collar and a witch hat set, and it will not pretend otherwise.

How does the light-up collar charge?

Over USB, so there are no batteries to replace. Give it a full charge the afternoon before Halloween, and try each of the three light modes at home before you head out after dark.

Will my pet keep the witch hat on?

Some will, for a photo or two. Put it on for a minute at a time with a treat in the days before Halloween, and take it off the moment your pet starts trying to shake it loose.
